Are you a strategic, solutions-driven collections professional who thrives on structure, efficiency, and results? SERVPRO is looking for an onsite Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to help us elevate our financial operations.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, drive timely collections, and analyze receivables with precision and care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow, building customer trust, and supporting a team that makes a difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

Own the AR process for business accounts: manage billing, resolve discrepancies, and reduce aging.
Analyze account data, generate financial reports, and bring insight to collections performance.
Work in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office to track and report on accounts.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.

What You Bring:

2+ years in collections, billing, banking, or accounting roles.
3+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online.
A strategic mindset: You think in systems, streamline workflows, and take ownership.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Confidence navigating account reconciliations and handling tough conversations with professionalism.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
