Job Title: Construction Project Assistant

Known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team to keep pace with increasing demand. We are currently seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our Project Management Team and help ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Construction Manager with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of construction activities
Assist with maintaining and updating project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Assist tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
Assist in preparing reports and progress updates for clients and internal team
Help manage permits, inspections, and compliance with local regulations
Support Construction Manager with logistical and administrative needs
Use of our Estimating (Xactimate) and CRM (DASH) software.
Some Travel required in our surrounding area.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in construction or project assistant/coordinator preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Xactimate and DASH experience preferred
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation a must

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
