Your Role: 

As a full-time carpenter, you'll be at the heart of our residential and commercial construction projects. Whether it's installing kitchen cabinets or finishing punch items, your craftsmanship will shine. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Interior trim installation 
  • Cabinet installation 
  • Window installation 
  • Occasional exterior work 
  • Job site cleanup 
  • Occasional demolition 
  • Maintain clean driving record 
  • Build strong customer relationships 
  • Address job site issues with customers and project managers 
Qualifications: 

  • 2-4 years of carpentry experience (both rough and finish carpentry) 
  • Drywall skills are a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Customer and sub contractor background
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Professional appearance and effective communication skills 
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
  • High levels of honesty and integrity 
  • Knowledge of building materials, structures, and tools 
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check 
Skills Welcome: 

  • Drywall finishing 
  • Painting 
  • Tile work 
  • Carpet/Laminate 
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance 
  • Comfortable working in extreme conditions (heat, cold) 
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces 
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods 
  • Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects repetitively 
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
