SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, and Warren Counties is looking for an experienced Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team in Manchester, TN. As a Water Restoration Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing water damage restoration projects, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Oversee and lead a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Communicate directly with customers to explain the restoration process and address any questions or concerns.
Inspect damaged property, create detailed action plans, and ensure quality control throughout the process.
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, job estimates, and final reports.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide hands-on support during active restoration projects, including water extraction, drying, and sanitizing.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in water damage restoration or related field (supervisory experience a plus!)
IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
