- Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

- Provide priority response to potential customers.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
- Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.

- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
- Company vehicle for work purposes.

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
- Ability to wear a respirator for their safety due to potentially being exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- The person in this role will typically work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., committing to a total of 45 hours per week.
- This role involves a willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Travel is required and is primarily local.
- However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
