In addition to restoration, our full-service General Contracting Division supports property owners and facility managers with complete reconstruction services, making us one of the only single-source providers for full-cycle commercial property recovery and improvements in the region.

Position Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Based in Fort Collins/Loveland (Territory: Greater Northern Colorado)
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 base (DOE) + commission
Reports To: Commercial Sales Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory
  • Educate clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and construction capabilities, showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutions
  • Complete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts, establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster events
  • Identify and cultivate a "Target 25" – your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic development
  • Deliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and continuing education courses
  • Collaborate regularly with Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure smooth handoff and execution of secured projects
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience—experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries strongly preferred
  • A hunter mentality with a strategic approach to account development and long-term relationship building
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with commercial property management, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multifamily verticals is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and, on a team,
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems and reporting metrics
  • Local market knowledge of Northern Colorado or the Greater Denver area is highly desirable

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
