What You'll Be Doing:

  • Guiding multiple departments and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine

  • Creating and executing annual business plans and budgets

  • Leading restoration and construction teams like a champ

  • Making sure customers are thrilled with our work (and telling their friends about us!)

  • Building and developing an all-star team through hiring, training, and mentoring

  • Keeping projects safe, on-time, and within budget

  • Ensuring communication is always clear and processes are always followed

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for a college degree!)

  • 5+ years of proven management experience

  • Bonus: Experience in the restoration industry

  • IICRC certifications (WRT and ASD are great, Master level is even better!)

  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for team-building

  • A results-driven, detail-oriented mindset

  • Comfort with tech and standard business software

The Physical Side of the Role:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 100 lbs with help)

  • Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in tight spaces

  • Able to handle repetitive physical tasks and work around cleaning agents
