What You’ll Do as a Restoration Technician

Your work will be critical to helping our clients recover from damage and stress. Here’s what your day-to-day role will look like:

Prepare and Stage Work Areas: Set up equipment and ensure the jobsite is ready for efficient operations.
Communicate and Collaborate: Work closely with management and team members to optimize production and solve challenges.
Execute Restoration Processes: Carry out cleanup, restoration, and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Wrap Up Projects: Clean and organize at the end of each day, leaving every jobsite in pristine condition.

Your dedication will allow our clients to regain their comfort and confidence during challenging times, making you an essential part of their recovery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking well-rounded, dependable individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves, tackle challenges, and maintain a positive attitude. Here’s what you’ll need to join our team:

A Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Physical strength and stamina to lift at least 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs with assistance).
The ability to work in challenging conditions, such as crawl spaces, attics, or at ceiling heights.
Comfort working with and around cleaning agents to complete restoration tasks.
Willingness to undergo a background check (in accordance with applicable laws).
