We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high-quality service, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Manage, train, and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
- Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed

We’re seeking a skilled Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team and ensure every job meets the highest standards in the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of water damage mitigation projects from initial call to completion
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of mitigation technicians
- Coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness
- Ensure IICRC and SERVPRO processes and protocols are followed
- Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations
- Maintain accurate job documentation, ensure compliance, and manage job profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in water mitigation or restoration services
- Management/supervisory experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certs a plus)
- Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (DryBook, Xactimate, WorkCenter) preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies
