- 3+ years of Mitigation and project management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Xactimate
- IICRC certifications
- Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- Availability Monday- Friday with on call requirements 1 evening a week and 1 weekend/month
- Ability to manage residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects.
- Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance.
- Communicate with customers daily to check work quality
- Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
- Plan, organize and manage crews
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Complete monthly expense reports
- Attend all appropriate company meetings
- Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
- Additional duties required as needed
