The Mitigation team at Servpro of Minnetonka/ Team Clemente is looking to add a Project Manager to the team.

Requirements

3+ years of Mitigation and project management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with Xactimate
IICRC certifications
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Availability Monday- Friday with on call requirements 1 evening a week and 1 weekend/month

What will you Do

Ability to manage residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects.
Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance.
Communicate with customers daily to check work quality
Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
Plan, organize and manage crews
Establish and maintain client relationships
Complete monthly expense reports
Attend all appropriate company meetings
Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
Additional duties required as needed

Benefits and Compensation

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 DOE
