What you will be doing:

Work directly with the management team on processes and procedures to help your team work more efficiently and cohesively.
Act as a source of information for the customer and your team members.
Verify scope of work is comprehensive, performed properly and all documentation is correct and complete.
Take ownership of your success and the success of your team.

Must have full knowledge of construction and ROC standard and processes
Effectively Monitor and Direct crews and individuals
Understand permit processes and recognize hazards

Scope and lead construction jobs including but not limited to: residential and small commercial water loss, residential fire loss, residential mold and other environmental hazards - where demo may have already been performed and requires build or re-build

Job Requirements are:
Valid drivers License
Minimum 2 years industry experience
Minimum 1 years experience in management
Minimum 1 years estimating experience
OSHA10 certification can obtain during onboarding
OSHA certification (blood borne pathogens) can obtain during onboarding
OSHA certification (Forklift Safety) can obtain during onboarding
OSHA certification (Scissor Lift Safety) can obtain during onboarding
OSHA certification (confined space) can obtain during onboarding
Xactimate - L2 or L3 required
