We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to support our growing client base. This role requires heavy outbound calling to engage with clients, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and eager to develop their career in account management and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Outbound Calling & Client Engagement:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to current and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past client interactions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client check-ins to ensure satisfaction, identify needs, and build long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with essential information about our products/services.
Account Growth & Sales Support:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Support the sales team by setting up meetings, preparing proposals, and monitoring open bids.
  • Review client accounts to ensure retention and ongoing satisfaction.
Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Work closely with managers to fulfill client requests.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary.
Reporting & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates using Salesforce.
  • Prepare reports on call outcomes, account performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Analyze account data to improve service offerings and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in outbound sales, customer service, or account management (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volumes and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales tracking tools.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented attitude.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
