We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while supporting broader HR functions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruiting process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and assist in hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong pipelines of talent.
- Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in developing employer branding initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
- Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar is a plus.

This is a full-time position working varying hours between 7:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week minimum. Travel requirements minimal.
