- Build customer relationships through networking and support
- Meet or exceed sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, promoting continuing education (CE) courses and more
- Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify key targets
- Provide and communicate clear and accurate job progress by working directly with your customer and the project manager overseeing the job
- Monitor and follow up on all jobs ensuring customer needs are met
- Assist with Marketing Event and Community Initiative Coordination
- 2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new digital programs/Apps
- Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
