Are you passionate about making a difference and helping people in their time of need? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our top-rated team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of responding to water and fire damage emergencies, assessing the situation, and implementing effective restoration procedures to bring properties back to their pre-loss condition. - Supervise and coordinate all aspects of water and fire damage restoration projects.
- Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
- Oversee and scope the mitigation process, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and smoke/odor removal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 1 year experience in water and/or fire damage restoration required.
- IICRC certification in water damage restoration and/or fire and smoke restoration a plus.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record and reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, along with on-call responsibilities. During periods of high demand, extended hours and additional workdays will be necessary to meet customer needs. Bonus pay eligible for on call rotation. This role often requires working more than 8 hours a day, including some evenings and weekends. Travel is primarily local, though occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
