The Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. You also will be supporting the team by fielding incoming calls and scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, auditing, and work-in-progress.
Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming projects in coordination with the management team.
Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed efficiently.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications.
Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.
Review and validate job site documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
Communicate with corporate counterparts to ensure efficient invoicing and collection.

Position Requirements

· High school diploma/GED (preferred)

· At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience

· Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
· Proficient computer skills
· High level communication skills

· Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
