Then you might make a great Sales and Marketing Manager here at SERVPRO® of The Southtowns and SERVPRO® of West Seneca/Lancaster.

You’ll be our in-house sales leader, managing and motivating the sales team while maintaining your own book of high-profile accounts. You’ll work with ownership to hone our strategy and message and grow our footprint here in Western New York. Your focus will be commercial properties, especially healthcare, education, government, hospitality and multifamily.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Create an annual marketing plan in conjunction with and for the approval of the general manager;
  • Assign territories/customers/verticals to SMRs to ensure targeted sales efforts without friction or overlap.
Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance and market data to identify gaps, opportunities and areas for improvement;
  • Track and report revenue and commission information to GM;
  • Ensure all marketing activity is appropriately documented.
Development:

  • Coach and develop the sales and marketing team;
  • Perform regular appraisals of SMRs and report findings back to GM.
Sales/Account Management:

  • Take ownership of large/major accounts when appropriate;
  • Represent company at events, including outside of standard work hours when necessary.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set

  • Five + years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
  • Experience in service sales, especially in the industries defined above, a plus
  • Experience with professional sales or marketing associations a plus

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
