General Labourer — Restoration | $19–$22/hr + Path to Certified Technician | SERVPRO

What You'll Get
- $19.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
- A real career path: Labourer → IICRC-certified Technician ($22–$27/hr) → Lead Technician. We pay for your certification training when you're ready
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours, 2x after 12 hours (BC Employment Standards)
- Extended health & dental benefits + paid vacation
- Full-time, permanent position
- Multilingual team — English/Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
What You'll Do
- Prepare rooms and staging areas; set up equipment for each project
- Assist technicians with demolition, debris removal, and material handling
- Load, unload, and move equipment between jobsites
- Perform end-of-day cleanup — leave every jobsite clean and orderly
- Communicate with your crew and management to keep jobs moving
What We're Looking For
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Physically fit: lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics
- Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
