- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with the Construction Project Manager to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Participate in the on-call rotation regarding after hours phone calls in order to dispatch crews for emergency coverage. On-call coverage refers to taking phone calls only, the Construction PC will not be dispatched to respond to emergencies on site. Current rotation is approximately once every 8 weeks. The rotation is scheduled each quarter in advance and can change based on the number of trained on-call personnel.
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
- High school diploma
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
- A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or project coordination experience required
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
