What You'll Do:
  • Lead with Excellence: Be the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, showcasing our Here to Help® commitment by ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Inspire Your Team: Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.
  • Champion Safety: Identify safety hazards, communicate effectively, and establish control measures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
  • Deliver Quality: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, maintaining high standards of quality control and documentation.
  • Optimize Resources: Manage labor and consumable usage, and protect our valuable equipment and materials.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
