- Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- General repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
- General maintenance to work vehicles.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Mechanically skilled and capable of using many different hand and power tools.
- Maintain open and clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
- Ability to work with power tools.
