- Complete all accounts receivable tasks, including processing of daily deposits, daily customer invoicing and all collection calls/correspondence
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, communicating to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other various software, as needed
- Organize financial data into usable information while maintaining updated and accurate records
- Complete all accounts receivable tasks, including timely processing of vendor invoices for approval
- Reconciling vendor accounts monthly
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- 2+ years experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivables
- Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills, with emphasis in MS Excel to create charts, manage spreadsheets and use advanced formulas
- Excellent analytical skills to effectively manage large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines
