Position: Event Coordinator
We are seeking a creative and outgoing Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll foster professional relationships, coordinate community outreach, and host events at our exclusive PPL Center executive suite. If you're creative, love engaging with people, and have a knack for event planning, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in community events (ribbon cuttings, fairs, charity events, Lunch & Learns) to represent Servpro and cultivate professional relationships.
  • Host guests at our PPL Center executive suite during games and concerts, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience.
  • Brainstorm, plan, and coordinate new marketing events and initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen connections with local insurance agents, property managers, municipalities, and other community influencers through regular meetings and networking.
  • Coordinate company involvement in relevant networking events, trade shows, and community programs where our participation would enhance visibility.
  • Maintain active membership in local professional groups such as the Chamber of Commerce and BNI.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of events, job productions, and customer testimonials to share across our online platforms.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media engagement activities, including giveaways, contests, and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, event planning OR a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Active interest in social media trends, with some experience using digital editing tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed for events.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Lehigh Valley region.
Additional Considerations:
  • This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week. Flexibility in schedule is essential due to evening and weekend events.
  • All candidates must pass a background check.

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
