SUMMARY:
Perform all Production Coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

COMPENSATION: $21-25/Hr. (Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to pick up new proprietary software
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Ability to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service
  • High School/GED diploma
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
HELPFUL TO HAVE:
  • Auditing, Estimating, or Accounting experience is helpful but not required
  • 2+ years’ experience with Xactimate or Xactanalysis is a plus
  • Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration, Commercial Cleaning or Construction industry experience is desired but not required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Maintain and monitor job statuses while providing regular updates
  • Create work orders and maintain a work in progress board
  • Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed
  • Review and validate initial field documentation
  • Create preliminary estimates
  • Complete and review job file documentation
  • Review complete job files for accuracy
  •  Ensure job files are always backed up
  •  Perform all Production Coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. 
  • Dispatch lead calls and job referrals to production crews  
  • Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics 
 
 
 
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
