SEEKING Construction Superintendent

This position plays a crucial role in managing construction projects from start to finish. This position involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and within budget.
Team Management: Supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, adjusters, and the Construction Manager, to address any issues or changes that arise.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, safety reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, including delays, conflicts, or safety concerns.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is often preferred, but not required.
Experience: Significant experience in construction management or a related field is typically required, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. Background in the Restoration Industry is a plus
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
