Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and within budget.
- Team Management: Supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, adjusters, and the Construction Manager, to address any issues or changes that arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, safety reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, including delays, conflicts, or safety concerns.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is often preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Significant experience in construction management or a related field is typically required, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. Background in the Restoration Industry is a plus
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
