Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including demolition, clearing, and clean-up.
Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment such as jackhammers, drills, saws, and concrete mixers.
Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools for job sites.
Perform basic construction tasks, such as digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and mixing cement.
experience/ knowledge in sheetrock installation, flooring, framing, and carpentry.
Assist with plumbing and electrical work under supervision, including installing pipes, fixtures, and basic wiring.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any potential hazards.
Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction work.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean Background

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred experience in sheetrock installation, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
Ability to operate or learn to operate basic construction equipment.
Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
