Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
- Complete accounts payable activities.
- Complete accounts receivable and collections activities.
- Processing credit card payments and bank deposits.
- Routing calls and entering new job leads.
- Assisting other departments as needed.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks experience (most recent versions).
- Minimum of 2 years collection experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
- Clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.
- Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
