- Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
- Build relationships with insurance company representatives & maintain familiarity with insurance carrier specifications and preferences
- Review and validate job site documentation, working closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy & completeness
- Collaborate with office team to build efficient schedules of work and communicate to team accordingly
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and overall professionalism
- Ability to calmly manage stressful and/or very busy situations with multiple competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
