 What will your role be?

As a Business Development Representative, you will promote SERVPRO and what we live to do daily. Share our dedication and passion for emergency response and form lasting relationships with clients, both new and current. Our clients deserve to have a person that they can trust and depend on in times of need and we would love for you to be that knowledgeable, trusted resource for them. The right candidate will develop market share by networking, opening new doors and developing working relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, facility managers, property managers, etc. Think outside the box to find new areas of revenue! How can I achieve my sales goals?

  • Learn what SERVPRO is all about and what we offer so you can educate clients and customers. It’s an easy sell, we are GOOD! We are the #1 restoration company in the country. We have an absolute passion for emergency, mitigation and restoration services.
  • It’s simple… get out there and cultivate the business. Fieldwork is essential to our growth so get out there and show our customers that we can make it like it never happened. Build connections, forge relationships and be the best advisor that you can be for each client. 
  • Promote us and what we do! Find associations, schedule lunch-and-learns, and show the market what we are made of! Track lead activity and help us grow and expand. Create a strategic plan for sales and set budgets to achieve them.
 

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone with experience in the cleaning, restoration, insurance, or property management industry is preferred. 
  • Two years’ experience in direct sales and a positive, can-do attitude!
  •  Attention to detail and a great personality. Driven, focused and friendly!
