Position Summary / Purpose
Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our restoration services.
Exceed established standards of production performance through continuous process improvement and training and development of production staff.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
· Use Xactimate and Drybook
· Exceed division targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction
· Meet or exceed division targets for COGS and Direct Labor
· Maintain sufficient production capacity through staffing, equipping and supplying the service divisions
· Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services.
· Coordinate / Assist with Project Coordinator scheduling of technicians, laborers and subcontractors
· Schedule jobs and maintain project efficiency
· Maintain timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.
· Effectively train production staff to meet division goals for quality, profitability and customer satisfaction
· Perform production work as needed
· Ensures clear communication with warehouse and fleet manager on vehicle maintenance along with inventory and equipment supplies.
· Effectively develop production staff to prepare them for higher level positions within the company
· Assist with job contracts and oversee / write job estimates
· Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and discharging Service Technicians
· Meet with home owners, agents and adjusters as needed and required
· Monitor production efficiencies and payroll
· Review job costing on completed work

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Education and Experience
High School or GED plus four (4) to five (5) years of experience in cleaning / restoration industry or Associate (2-year) degree in business-related field and a minimum of three (3) years experience in cleaning / restoration industry. Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience preferred.
· Technical Skills
Advanced technical skills, experience and certification in the areas of service the company provides.
· Computer Skills
Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus
· Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
None required for this position but IICRC or OSHA certifications are a plus.
