- Supervise and coordinate restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of restoration technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Assess property damage and create detailed work scopes and estimates in collaboration with clients and insurance adjusters.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in restoration technology.
- Proven experience in property damage restoration, with a strong understanding of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
