Our organization is seeking individuals who will be the first on the scene to provide essential support and promote our trusted property damage restoration and reconstruction services to affected homeowners and businesses.

What We Offer:

Requirements:
● Experience in public adjusting, construction/restoration sales, and priority response is a plus,
but not required.
● We’re looking for dedicated responders passionate about serving their community—if that’s
you, we want to hear from you.
● A strong background in construction and/or restoration sales is highly valued, especially if
you can perform well under pressure.
● 24/7 availability for prompt response to local emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits:
● Base salary of $50,000 plus a 3% commission on all jobs. No cap on commissions!
● Benefits include paid vacation time, sick time, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental
Insurance, Life Insurance.

Schedule:
Full-time, with availability Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
