As a Contents Coordinator with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Ensure job files are organized and smoothly moved to appropriate stages.
  • Manage Contents Schedule (Scheduling) / Calendar:
  • Internal Communication: Communicate with internal teams to set expectations and align on start dates, finish dates, etc.
  • External Communication: Schedule subcontract work, communicate with customers, etc.
  • Insurance: Communicate with adjusters to obtain approvals, supplements, etc.
  • Invoicing / Collections: Once approvals are obtained, invoice requests and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure we are paid by insurance or customers.
  • Manage Storage: Ensure storage is managed properly, including internal vaults and external storage (extensions, billing, etc.).
  • Contract Management: Verify all necessary contracts are executed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation is based on experience. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits include group health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.

Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, have reliable transportation, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and pass a background check.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
