Job File Coordinator/ Collections Specialist

Part Time • Sagamore Beach
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Answer phones, provide customer service, and Work in progress database
  • Scheduling of estimates and jobs
  • Intake of new customer information and entering it into database
  •  Maintain all the job file documentation
  •  Maintain job file communications
  •  Process customer payments
  •  Audits and uploads of Insurance key account clients
  •  Accounts Receivable (A/R)/ Collections
  •  Communication with Field Crew Members
  •  Scanning/ Filing 
  •  Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary 
Skills and Qualifications: 
  •  Must be reliable and punctual
  •  Detail oriented
  •  Strong computer skills 
  •  Ability to problem solve and take initiative 
  •  Organized
  •  Experience in QBO
  •  Able to manage time efficiently and complete tasks on a daily basis
  •  Knowledgeable of Microsoft programs, able to learn quickly and train on our database system. 
  •  Exceptional customer service skills
  •  Able to prioritize tasks
  •  Must have good interpersonal communication skills
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
