- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office role, with a preference for experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance/service industries.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Xactimate or similar software is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
