Position Summary: The Content/Cleaning Restoration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contents handling and processing on all projects. This includes managing the pack-out portion of a job, coordinating the cleaning of contents, and ensuring the proper put-back of contents and management of staff during all phases of this process.
- Manage content inventory activities for commercial and residential projects.
- Manage the documentation of all content inventory within the structure.
- Oversee the moving, cleaning, or deodorization process of contents for the company.
- Ensure all non-salvageable contents within the commercial project are properly documented for all projects.
Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above. Some key requirements to fulfill the position may include, but not be limited to:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; multi or bilingual language skills are preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with respect to the documentation of all contents.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration management preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification is required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Shift hours may vary depending on the size and scope of the project but will typically consist of eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to travel locally when necessary.
