Servpro of Olathe/Lenexa is seeking an experienced individual to join our warehouse team. Job Description: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in our daily operations. This position involves handling daily work orders, picking, loading/unloading contents, and ensuring items are organized and stored safely. You will work closely with the warehouse manager and other associates to maintain an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
Manually move boxes and furniture quickly and efficiently.
Scan contents to track them through the facility.
Receive and process warehouse goods/contents, including picking, loading, and unloading.
Properly pad and protect warehouse contents to prevent breakage or damage.
Collaborate with warehouse associates to prioritize tasks.
Communicate professionally with managers and co-workers.
Comply with company processes and policies.
Perform routine maintenance of the facility, including grounds cleanup, general cleaning of the facility and company fleet, and organization and cleaning of equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:
Frequent walking and/or standing throughout the day. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme temperature and noise level conditions.

This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
