The CES will be the front line point of contact to be responsible to own the customer experience. They will be empowered to work directly with the management team to exceed the customers expectations. You will be responsible to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. You MUST be a people person with an outgoing and energetic personality that loves to be on the phone with our customers, solve problems, and be willing to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed their expectation. You will be expected to sell all aspects of the project. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment! We will consider some remote work after the firsdt 3 months of employement but you must be able to frequently partake in training and meetings at our Elkridge, MD location. You bring the energy and drive and we will teach you the industry. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
  • Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team
  • Review and validate job site documentation 
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
  • Participate in the after-hours on call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)
 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Previous Restoration Experience (preferred)
  • At least 4 year of sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Our customers need us 24/7. Are you willing to be on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet the needs of our cucstomers outside of normal business hours
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
