- Conduct pre-construction meeting with customers
- Set expectations on a project-by-project basis
- Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work
- Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
- Provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and clients and Project Manager and document all project activities in the job file in Dash
- Maintain quality standards through site inspections
- Validate schedule and progress
- Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders
- Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors
- Perform final walk-through with customer
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
- Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Participate in teambuilding and working together for the team's success
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Organizational and Communication skills are more important than Industry experience
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat or high noise level
- We cover a large territory that involves extensive drive time - vehicle and gas provided
