Inventory and Vehicle Management:
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure clean equipment appearance.

Work Site Preparation and Production:
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including setting up staging areas and equipment.
- Perform mold remediation processes as directed, adhering to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, ensuring the job site is left clean and orderly.

Warehouse and Equipment Management:
- Maintain an organized warehouse space, including cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, office, and grounds.
- Develop expertise in mold remediation services, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Perform other tasks and duties as required by the employer.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications in mold remediation preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong work ethic and oral communication skills.
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and work with/around cleaning agents.
