Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage, storm damage, for content related losses
Evaluate and perform restoration activities including packing and moving contents, cleaning and resorting contents, water extraction, fire damage, and set-up of specialty equipment.
Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, packing equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the contents inventory process.
Perform contents inventory services through moving, cleaning and packaging clients’ personal items to restore them to pre-loss condition.
Effectively clean customer's personal property (dishes, home decor, furniture) and packing customer's personal property.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Previous experience in contents, restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
DOT certification is a bonus but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
