What You’ll Do

- Create Winning Estimates: Use tools like Xactimate to prepare accurate scopes and estimates, securing client approvals with confidence. 
- Coordinate Like a Pro: Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver top-notch service on every job. 
- Be the Client’s Hero: Communicate with clients, insurance reps, and your team to ensure satisfaction—your work will earn rave online reviews!

 What We’re Looking For  
- Experience That Counts:** At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience and 3 years in the restoration industry—NYC experience is a plus! 
- Certifications: IICRC certification preferred; Xactimate experience is a big bonus. 
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) with cleaning agents. 
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required to navigate Brooklyn and beyond.
