Position Overview:
- Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties, and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
- Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years B2B sales experience
- Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong process and results driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
