- Assist with all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including developing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Onboard new employees by providing them with information about company policies and procedures, benefits, and culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and work with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Provide support to employees with HR-related issues, such as leaves of absence, employee relations concerns, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Travel will occasionally be required as the person in the role will need to travel to our other locations (Columbia, Marshall, Lake of the Ozarks) for On-boarding, trainings, etc.
