- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities to optimize spending and maximize profitability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle, making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project management practices.
