- Respond promptly to fire/water emergencies as they are happening, 24/7.
- Evaluate and assess the situation to find the decision maker and make contact.
- Educate the property owner/decision maker on our restoration & reconstruction services in order to secure the sale.
- Effectively communicate with dispatch and on-call team members to ensure a coordinated response.
- Collaborate with other members of our sales team to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts.
- Provide support, comfort, and guidance to clients and their families during emergency situations.
- Offer information about our fire and water damage restoration services, showcasing our expertise and dedication to restoring normalcy after a disaster.
