As a SERVPRO Priority Responder, you will be at the forefront of our emergency response efforts. When disaster strikes, you'll be the first on the scene, providing critical support and selling our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to affected homeowners and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Emergency Response and Sales:

  • Respond promptly to fire/water emergencies as they are happening, 24/7.
  • Evaluate and assess the situation to find the decision maker and make contact.
  • Educate the property owner/decision maker on our restoration & reconstruction services in order to secure the sale.
Communication and Coordination:

  • Effectively communicate with dispatch and on-call team members to ensure a coordinated response.
  • Collaborate with other members of our sales team to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts.
Client Assistance:

  • Provide support, comfort, and guidance to clients and their families during emergency situations.
  • Offer information about our fire and water damage restoration services, showcasing our expertise and dedication to restoring normalcy after a disaster.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in public adjusting, emergency response, fire/water restoration is a plus.
  • Firefighters with a passion for serving the community are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.
  • Competitive, aggressive sales personality wanted.
  • Ability to remain composed and thrive in a high-pressure, chaotic environment.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Availability 24/7 to respond quickly to local emergencies.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
