Summary
The Mitigation Project Manager (PM) directs all operations of designated water and fire restoration projects as the primary single point of contact for all materially interested parties. The PM is accountable for the project’s execution and completion.  The Project Manager is responsible for successful outcomes including production, safety, communication, completion timelines, and maintaining a good brand appearance.  Responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. The front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. 

Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry and one year management and/or supervisory experience.  
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project and personnel management skills.  
  • Strong communication skills; oral and written.  
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.  
  • Advanced problem-solving skills including proper handling of complex scheduling issues, demanding customer requests, and critical conflict resolution. 
  • Excellent presentation skills which may include detailed presentation/update of project progress and issues to upper management, as well as communication as work activities to assigned supervisors. 
  • Detailed oriented with an emphasis on project management. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure proper workforce utilization, documentation completion, and overall time management. 
  • High school diploma/GED required.  
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.  
  • IICRC Certification and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification or willingness to obtain. 
 
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
