The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
  •  Provide priority response to potential customers.
  •  Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
  •  Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
  •  Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
  •  Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
  •  Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
  •  Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
  •  Manage production expenses, equipment and materials (assets). 
  •  Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Train production personnel. 
  • Manage production personnel. 
  • Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary based on experience plus commission.

Required Education: 
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to wear a respirator for their safety due to potentially being exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
Typical work hours
  • The person in this role will typically work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., committing to a total of 45 hours per week. 
  • This role involves a willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
 
Travel Requirements: 
  • Travel is required and is primarily local. 
  • However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
