Project Manager - Restoration Industry

The Restoration Manager prescribes, coordinates, controls, and manages work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the manager demonstrates to customers and clients the company’s Here to Help® commitment. Primary Responsibilities 
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.  
  • Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities 
  • Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.   
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.  
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.  
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.  
  • Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.  
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Preferred previous management experience 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
  • Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability 
  • Effective written and oral communication 
  • Basic Math skills  
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law 
 
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing 
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights when needed  
 
Compensation and Benefits:  
  • Full-time position; Monday-Friday; 7:30-5:00 pm  
  • $45,000-50,000 salary, with additional commission opportunity available 
  • Health Insurance, including options for life, vision, and dental insurance.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
